Eddie and Agnes Presents The Civil Wars Rescheduled for December 10 and 11

We are thrilled to announce that the two postponed Civil Wars shows, which were originally scheduled to have taken place on Sunday, October 9 and Monday, October 10 at Presser Hall at Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA, have been rescheduled for Saturday, December 10 and Sunday, December 11!

Tickets for the original shows will be valid for the rescheduled dates. If you had tickets for the October 9 show, your tickets will be honored for the December 10 show. If you had tickets for the October 10 show, your tickets will be honored for the December 11 show. If you chose will call as the option to receive your tickets, they will be waiting for you at Presser Hall on the correct date, and you will simply need to bring your photo ID with you in order to pick them up. If you tickets were mailed or FedExed to you, you simply need to bring your tickets with you to Presser Hall on the correct date, and your tickets will be accepted at that time.

If you unable to attend the rescheduled dates, you are welcome to get a refund for your tickets. If you chose will call as your option to receive your tickets, you can contact Ticket Alternative at your earliest convenience at (877) 725-8849, and we will process your refund right away. You can call us anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, or between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. You will need to contact us no later than Wednesday, November 30 if you are interested in getting a refund for your will call tickets.

If your tickets were mailed or FedExed to you, you will need to mail the tickets back to Ticket Alternative, and as soon as we receive them back from you, we will process the refund, and contact you to let you know the refund has been processed. Please mail the tickets via a traceable method to: 1369 Spring Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30309. We need to have your tickets back from you no later than Wednesday, November 30 in order to process your refund.

CANCELED: Little Joe Y La Famlia at The Avalon in Santa Clara, July 29

Due to Little Joe becoming ill on the night of the performance, the Little Joe Y La Familia show at The Avalon in Santa Clara, Calif. that was scheduled to take place on Friday, July 29 was canceled. Therefore, we have issued full refunds everyone who purchased tickets. Customers have been contacted about the refunds.

POSTPONED: Ted Leo, Gentleman Jesse at The Drunken Unicorn, February 4; New Date – May 11

Ted Leo has postponed his solo show with Gentleman Jesse at The Drunken Unicorn in Atlanta, Ga. The new date is May 11 and all tickets bought for the original date will be honored.

POSTPONED: Washed Out at The Drunken Unicorn, January 18; New Date – February, 10

Washed Out has postponed their show at Atlanta’s Drunken Unicorn until February 10. All tickets bought for the original date of January 18 will be honored.

RESCHEDULED: Lost in the Trees at The EARL, January 12; New Date, January 23

Due to the wintery weather that has taken over Atlanta, The EARL has rescheduled the Lost in the Trees show that was going to take place tonight. The show will now be on January 23. All tickets bought for the original date will be honored for the new date.

TA Offices Closed Today!

UPDATE: We’ve decided to keep the offices closed all day, since the weather conditions have not improved. We’ll be back tomorrow!

Here at Ticket Alternative’s hometown of Atlanta, we were greeted with several inches of snow this morning, as well plenty of ice, which made for some very scary driving conditions. POSTPONED: The Queers at The Nick in Birmingham, AL – New Date, June 4

The Queers have postponed their appearance at Birmingham, Ala.’s Nick. The show was originally scheduled for December 18, and will now take place June 4. Kepi Ghoulie, Skeptic? and Random Conflict will still play, and tickets are available at the door. We have refunded the customers who bought tickets for the show.
