Ticket Alternative currently has an open position for a full-time Customer Service Representative in our customer contact center.

  • Responsibilities
    • Answer incoming calls, sell tickets and provide help, suggestions, recommendations and advice to customers.
    • Make outbound calls informing customers of event changes or cancelations.
    • Provide web site assistance to users.
    • Answer event questions and provide customers with the best customer service in the business.
    • Additional daily duties include printing, fulfilling and mailing of tickets and other tasks related to customer service.

Fantastic career progression and development opportunities are available. Previous call center experience is beneficial, but full training will be given. An excellent telephone manner, a genuine interest in customer service and basic computer skills are essential.

The full-time position requires a high level of accuracy, exemplary customer service and premium phone skills.

Ticket Alternative currently has an open position for a full-time Ticket Printing Customer Service Representative. You'll be working for TA Ticket Printing as part of a team preparing proofs and printing custom tickets for events all over the country. In addition you'll assist with customers purchasing event wristbands online.

  • Responsibilities
    • Answer incoming calls, provide help, suggestions, recommendations and advice to customers.
    • Make outbound calls to customers regarding their orders.
    • Provide web site assistance to users.
    • Answer questions about ticket printing and events wristbands to provide customers with the best customer service in the business.
    • Additional daily duties include packing orders, preparing shipments and quality control.
