As busy and jam packed as the weekdays can be, lately it seems like the weekends are equally, if not more, insane. So in case you need a couple more suggestions of what to do, here are a few things I think are worth checking out!
8th Annual Boulder Strong Ale Festival – Saturday, May 1 at the Avery Brewing Company in Boulder, CO
Saturday in Boulder should be spent at the 8th Annual Boulder Strong Ale Festival. Why? Because if there is a festival dedicated to beer that is where I want to be.
Bassnectar – Thursday, April 29 at The Revolution Music Room in Little Rock, AR
Bassnectar, a freeform electronic music project lead by Lorin Ashton, has been on just about every major outdoor music festival bill for the past couple of years. Thousands upon thousands have danced the night away with Bassnectar turning knobs and making sweet sweet love to his elaborate on-stage set up. So I can only imagine how hot and sweaty things are going to get at the Revolution Room, but if you’re in Little Rock tonight, can you think of anything else better to do?
Echo and the Bunnymen – Friday, April 30 at The Black Cat in Washington, DC
Yes, this show is already SOLD OUT – you should have bought your tickets in advance! Either way, if you’re in Washington DC on Friday night I hope you’re set with a pair of tix to Echo and the Bunnymen.
