We’re not exactly sure where 2010 went, but we hope you had a great year. It was a busy one for us. We worked with some amazing new clients this year like Emory University for the Dalai Lama’s visit, and we ventured even farther up north working with the Central Wisconsin State Fair.
We were sad to see Melinda Bluett, our Director of Operations and Marketing, leave to have two beautiful babies,but we were excited to welcome Gary Wellinger as our Vice President of Sales and Marketing and to land Ben Neill as our new Operations Manager. Other great new hire’s included our Customer Service Manager, Erin Edmond, who really helped solidify our commitment to providing the best customer service in the business.
2011 will see some awesome new developments here. We’ve finished beta testing our mobile ticketing platform and expect to roll it out by Q2 2011. In addition, the first of our branded iPhone apps for various venues should launch in January.
As always, we wouldn’t be where we are without our awesome clients and customers, so I’d like to extend a big thank you to them for the business. They truly are the best in the business.
