The Big Bird Bash Festival featuring Drive By Truckers in Macon, March 2nd


The Hummingbird Stage and Taproom presents the 4th annual Big Bird Bash Festival. The all-day event will take place at Luther Williams Field in Macon, Georgia on Saturday, March 2. Big Bird Bash will feature seven great bands and will have food and art vendors, drinks and activities. Headlining this year’s Big Bird Bash is Drive By Truckers, with supporting acts Drivin’ N Cryin’, Modern Skirts and Moon Taxi. Local acts will include Gringo Grande, Back City Woods and Dirty Sound Professors. Gates will open at 11 a.m. and the live music will begin at noon.

12:00 p.m. – The Dirty Sound Professors
1:00 p.m. – Gringo Grande
3:00 p.m. – Back City Woods
5:00 p.m. – Moon Taxi
7:00 p.m. – Modern Skirts
9:00 p.m. – Drivin’ N Cryin’
11:00 p.m. – Drive By Truckers

Vendors will include: Cherry Street Ink, Ingleside Village Pizza, Wax Crafts by Casey Kurth, T-Mobile and Robins Federal.

A portion of the festival proceeds will go to benefit the Cox Capitol Theatre, The Allman Brothers Museum at the Big House and Macon-Bibb Co. Parks and Recreation.
