Ticket Alternative Partners with Wolf Creek Amphitheater in Atlanta

We love promoting shows and selling tickets to awesome events, but what we really enjoy is getting to know patrons & venue staff and sharing their excitement for upcoming concerts, festivals, and events. It’s what makes our Customer Service approach unique. Today, we are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Wolf Creek Amphitheater in Atlanta, GA. This 5200 seat venue is hosting some powerhouse artists this summer, including Gladys Knight on Friday, May 3rd.

Formally a Ticketmaster client, Wolf Creek Amphitheater turned to Ticket Alternative for ticketing services that include marketing support, an in-house call center, local ticket outlets, and the company’s mission to focus on outstanding customer service.

Wolf Creek Amphitheater strives to offer their patrons the best customer service in the concert industry. Ticket Alternative’s staff is able to extend additional customer support such as driving directions, restaurant and hotel recommendations, and of course full assistance with all ticketing and event needs.

Ward, J.D, Entertainment Manager for Wolf Creek Amphitheater. “Fulton County looks forward to a long and exciting working relationship with Ticket Alternative,” added Ward.

  1. I purchased nine tickets for Sat. May 4, 2013 old school show. Thunder storms. Is predicted and wondering if show will be canceled. Have people coming into town to show and don’t want them coming if weather is bad. Also will I get my money back?
