Ridgefest: Featuring Ted Nugent @ Freedom Park, Chicago July 27

The Motor City Madman, aka “Terrible” Ted Nugent will be rocking the stage like nobody else. If you’ve seen him before, we know you’ll be back for more. If you’ve missed him in the past, you will not want to miss him at Freedom Park on the last Saturday in July. Direct from the State of the Union Address, Uncle Ted will be bringing his incredible guitar skills and his well-known rock anthems (and maybe a controversial viewpoint or two) for your entertainment pleasure. DON’T MISS IT!

Other musical guests performing on July 27th will be announced shortly! Stay tuned!

Want to make it a long weekend event? Ridgefest will be going strong July 25 through July 28! The festival features top name and regional musical talent covering many genres as well as a carnival, food, live bands, kids days, beer garden, merchants and more. A Carnival will feature rides and games to thrill and excite kids of all ages. There will also be family oriented activities throughout the weekend. AND, don’t forget! RidgeFest closes every year with our MUSICAL FIREWORKS EXTRAVAGANZA! Tickets for July 25, 26 and 28 will be available at the door.

  1. Ted Nugent?
Come on Chicago Ridge – think about the optics of this!
Do we want our nice village associated with Ted Nugent???

At the 2011 show, he brandished firearms onstage during this “family” carnival while yelling vulgar, hateful statements about our democratically elected government officials.
I hope police chief Robert Pyznarski does not allow this to happen again!

    He is an admitted poacher.

This “sportsman” shoots animals from a helicopter with a machine gun.

    He is a racist.

    He is a self-admitted Pedophile
