Friday, May 24th-The Music Tapes presents The Traveling Imaginary at Erikson Clark

Friday, May 24th-Purple Stank with DJ Dredd at Black Cat
The Purple Stank party is the result of the excitement caused by Dredd’s 2003 seminal mixtape on which he took Andre 3000’s Prince-influenced The Love Below and remixed and blended it with select cuts by Prince. After the success of the mixtape Dredd decided to create a dance party featuring rare cuts and all the music from the Prince camp (The Time, Shelia E., Vanity, etc), Outkast and the Dungeon Family (Goodie Mob, Cee-lo, Sleepy Brown), along with a video mix by top VJ/filmmaker Robin Bell.
Friday, May 24th-Jen Foster at Eddie’s Attic
The award winning singer songer writer will be taking over the iconic stage at Eddie’s Attic. The venue, perfectly matched for her will get a taste of her sense of humor as well as her song writing skills. From covers to songs written about the state of American and the country today, Jen Foster holds nothing back.
Friday, May 24th-Haley and Alexis at Smiths Olde Bar
This young duo has louder and bigger than ever. The two young girls who make up the band are not only true Georgia natives, but also identical twins. That kind of connection is unique in the music industry, and they have made that aspect their advantage. Even with all their similarities, the girls still bring two different perspectives to any stage they take.
Saturday, May 25th-Adidas Grand Prix at Icahn Stadium
This is one of the biggest track events in the nation. Since its beginning in 2005, 18 National records have fallen — meaning you are in for a treat of amazing athletic feats and abilities. Don’t miss this unique event and to be part of sports history!
Saturday, May 25th- Total Control with UV Race at Black Cat
Total Control, the mix of several Australian groups into one, is some parts punk and some parts garage rock. The band is not only talented but totally knowledgeable on their music, leaving nothing to chance.
Saturday, May 25th-Old School Saturday 10th Anniversary at Westin Peachtree Plaza
Get out your high heels and your best dress because its Old School Saturday and even more, it’s the tenth anniversary! Make sure you are dressed to the nines for this posh event downtown!
Saturday, May 25th-Radar at Smiths Olde Bar
In the 60s, Radar was known for their classic southern rock style, and today the guys are back together on the same stage ones more. The familiar sound of crisp guitars and heavy vocals will still be there for all the old fans looking to see them again.

This independent R&B artist has been viewed over 3 million times on YouTube, and this January he released a new video for his song “Ride.” Part of The Show Off Tour, SoMo will be doing just that. Show Off Was released on May, 5 meaning his performance at Smiths will be full of new music to be heard!
