Calling all concert-goers, record junkies, music bloggers and social media advocates! Ticket Alternative, one of the fastest-growing ticketing companies in the US, is searching for social media and marketing interns for the fall! What exactly will you be doing you ask? You’ll dive in to our culture helping to promote the events to which we sell tickets. You’ll learn valuable skills with a variety of cool social media tools.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager on social media campaigns for our 400+ clients.
You’ll start to learn about the importance of SEO when promoting events and how to use Google Analytics to track campaigns, conversions and referral traffic.

Hours: 9am-5pm (Preferably Tuesdays and Thursdays or Mondays and Wednesdays + some required event shifts)
Internship period: August 2013 – October 2013
>Event promotion through sites like Facebook, Google+ and Twitter
>Learn about and provide assistance with E-commerce
>Work closely with Marketing Manager and clients to create and understand marketing campaigns
>Work with tools such as Hootsuite to bulk schedule promotions
>Work on site at events when needed
If that doesn’t already sound awesome, you’ll also get treated to lunch EVERY Friday and you’ll get into a bunch of shows for FREE, but that’s not ALL!
