Blacksburg Cork and Fork Festival, 5/3

Blacksburg Cork & Fork Festival

We sure do love a good food, wine, and art festival! There’s truly nothing better than soaking up the sun with a glass of wine (or two), delicious local fare, and beautiful art pieces from regional artists. On Saturday, May 3rd, the Blacksburg Partnership will host the 6th annual Blacksburg Cork & Fork! The festival will feature food from local restaurants, wine from premier Virginia wineries, and art and music from regional artists and musicians.

From 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the First & Main Shopping District in Blacksburg, Virginia, attendees will be able to purchase works from regional artists and crafters, and sample some of the best Virginia vintages from over 20 award-winning wineries. Delicious food from local restaurants will be abundant, and multiple music groups will provide smooth tunes throughout the day. Returning to the festival is Can Do!, the creative canned food sculpture contest and food drive benefiting local hunger relief organizations.

Proceeds from the event will benefit The Blacksburg Partnership, a non-profit organization working to enhance the quality of life in Blacksburg. It’s all about connecting with your neighbors and enjoying the company of your community.
